This penal colony was run by Enolians in the 22nd century. A processing station, which served as an incarceration center was in orbit above it. All prisoners, no matter what there crime were sent there to be processed.
In 2152, Kuroda was incarcerated but escaped after seven years, just to be caught again.
This station was also known as C12, a top secret facility located in an astroid. Both humans and Denobulan ran it. It stored deadly viruses and pathogins to be researched. It also had over 1800 embryos that were from the Eugenics War.
Arrik Soong stole some of the embryos to create supermen. He took them to Trialas System, where he raised them as children. The NX 01 arrived and tried to stop him and his Supermen. They killed commander.
